Kempinski Residences Astoria rises as two 27-storey towers in Esentepe, at the heart of Istanbul’s international business district. Opened in 2008 as Turkey’s first branded residence, the complex dedicates floors 5 to 12 to offices, with residences above and the Astoria shopping and lifestyle centre below.
Office spaces range from executive suites with Bosphorus and city views to large single-floor plates, and can be combined or divided to suit a tenant’s needs. Kempinski’s management provides round-the-clock reception, technical and parking services.
