Enquiries are stored in our website management system and are accessible to authorised administrators. Your shortlist is stored on this device. We do not use your enquiry as a newsletter subscription.

Property information is provided for initial consideration. Availability, dimensions, prices and transaction conditions must be confirmed directly with Alta. Images may include architectural visualisations. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a reservation, an accepted offer or a representation agreement.

Your application must include
- Name, surname and, for written applications, signature.
- Turkish ID number; for foreign nationals, nationality and passport number or ID number if any.
- Residential or business address for service.
- E-mail address, telephone or fax number for notification.
- The subject of the request (a right under Article 11 KVKK).
Process
Applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Where the operation entails an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. Applications on behalf of third parties require a notarised power of attorney.
