2. Brokerage services
Alta is a licensed real estate trading business (683101 – Intermediary services for real estate activities). The scope, duration and fee of services are set out in written authorisation and service agreements compliant with the Regulation on Real Estate Trade. Submitting an enquiry on this site does not by itself create a contractual relationship.
3. Intellectual property
The design, texts, logo and Alta-produced imagery belong to Alta and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Project, hotel and brand names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the property.
4. Prohibited use
- Automated collection, copying or republication of site content on other platforms.
- Submitting forms with false information or on behalf of third parties without authority.
- Any interference that endangers the security or operation of the site.
5. Liability
Alta does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect losses arising from decisions taken in reliance on site content. Owners of third-party sites are responsible for the content of linked pages.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Alta may update these terms; the current version takes effect on the date it is published on the site.
